Relay for Life Pictures

The family came out to help dad and to support the Relay for Life fight against cancer. We had a great time at this 24 hour event. I have to say that with working two jobs, my consulting company and the start-up Soleo, I was not looking forward to running this event. After participating I have to say this was extremely rewarding for me. Now that I have have exposure to the event I plan on doing it every year and now know what to expect and how to plan to make this event an even better experience.

Mackenzie Played on Varsity today

Mackenzie got her first chance at playing varsity softball today. Initially she was a runner for the catcher. But in the late innings they swapped out the catcher and Mac got a chance to hit, she hit a deep ball to right field that was caught. Not a problem, great chance for her to see some faster pitching. Tomorrow she goes back down to her starting position on JV.

Meanwhile we are still in search of a new gym for Ashley. We left San Clemente Gymnastics after they tried to pull some illegal b.s.
